It can mean whatever you want to read into it.

To me, they were just words chosen by Dick Menace that summarised the Board's declaration the other day that they want someone to help out with the 'management' of the club - transfer dealings etc - to allow the coach to do what he does best - coach.

Nothing more, nothing less.
