Well theres no doubt now Deans off and given his interview this morning I doubt we'll get much.

I can't help thinking the rot set in when they allowed Francis to ignore his contract. I'd like to see a statement from the board in Jan that no-one will be leaving and all players will be forced to honour their contracts even if we go down. A few might just try if they felt their futures were tied to the clubs.

Anyway who to sign. I said months ago that Greg Halford should be Fracis' replacement. Local at Colchester England U-21 and had been available at 500k. Goalscoring midfielder. Obviously the money was better spent on Jarrett and Hughes.
Alex Ferguson is alledgedly interested now but I still reckon we could get him IF we are the club that puts up the dough first.

Lee Trundle would be excellent but I really don't think he'llleave Swansea except for the Premiership.

Earnshaw would be unbelievable and sadly I mean that literally.

So i conclusion Halford is the only decent available player who would view us as a step up.
God thats depressing.

Worthy must NOT be allowed to blow this cash.

I'd rather we built another stand.
