Alt print screen (prtscrn). Open up 'Paint', paste
Save as (select jpeg instead of png)
Open jpeg image in a picture program, crop the print screen to how you want it. Save
Right click on picture, select open with "internet explorer"
When it opens, right click on image and select 'copy'
In word, click paste
