Agree on both points

I don't think we can hang on to Snod, much as I'd like us to. I'd love us to hang on to Nate though, and genuinely think he might do well to start every week with us and develop that end product before playing in the prem 2015/6 (with us or not, depending; my money is on a 2-3 year stay in the champs, and I don't think we'd be able to keep him that long - would love to be wrong on both counts)
