Every manager starts somewhere

Just because Neil Adams used to be a pundit on Radio Norfolk doesn't mean his footballing knowledge or abilities are any less than other more experienced managers.

Most clubs in the Championship would view Chris Hughton as a good choice for their next manager but we certainly wouldn't want him.

Maybe the people who actually work at the club day to day and have experience working with Neil see someone who has the potential to be a great manager.

Mike Walker and Dave Stringer were promoted from within like Adams' might be and they both did well.

The real joke is judging Neil Adams based pretty much entirely on whether he was able to tell Barry what the team did in traynun on Canary Call.

I'd probably look for a more proven manager but it's not like any of us know enough to offer any kind of informed opinion.
