It WILL be Malky......

From Wiki....note the dates.

MACKAY - Following the success of his first season in Wales, Mackay was reportedly one of the candidates to replace Paul Lambert at Premier League side Norwich City, however on 4 June 2012, Mackay turned down the offer to return to his former club and said he was fully committed to Cardiff City.

-------------------------

HUGHTON - At the end of the 2011?12 season Birmingham gave Norwich City permission to talk to Hughton about their vacant managerial post, and he signed for the Canaries on 7 June 2012.

Malky was always the first choice and now is the time.

It's a good job wiki is always truthful and not written by its users....oh.
