has anyone here actually met Worthington?

he comes across as being a bit dim (nice fella though), even if not, we all make mistakes. Knowing the depth of expertise at Norwich that goes into sourcing players I suspect that Worthy leaving would actually mean 5 or 6 others losing their jobs. Thats a big factor as to whether he quits. How so many people get it so wrong again and again is baffling
