My twopence worth on the manager for next season.....

of the people who are currently available (not in a job at another club) I would probably go for Malky, with Phelan and Neyul as Asst / 1st team coach.

Can't think of any other candidates I would like to see at Norwich, who are worth poaching from elsewhere.
