Lord, this experience argument drives me up the f**king wall

I spent over 30 years in teaching. Some of the best teachers I came across were fresh out of school with new ideas and enthusiasm. If you can teach you can teach. Same with coaching. Of course you learn with experience.
You can also get worse. There's no f**king rule. All appointments are a risk. Adams has shown he can coach and manage. People need to think outside the box a bit.
