Winning the League Cup at Blackburn was his best achievement IMO. The FA Cup at Liverpool was a fluke - they only played one top-flight team in the entire tournament, and that was Aston Villa (who finished about 17th).
And Rangers - he was helped by the ban on English clubs, which meant that he was able to sign lots of top-quality English players who ordinarily wouldn't have dreamt of signing for Rangers.
And should be in the chatroom tomorrow, yeah. Still trying to think of a wry variant on my name!
