Im not convinced he is the problem.
Many sources indicate a split in the board over hughton since November. It just doesn't sit with McNally and his style, to keep a failing manager. Sentiment never was his greatest asset. Thinking back to Hamilton, worthington, gunn, the hughton fiasco isn't a new phenomena. There is a lot of previous here. I want to know who in the boardroom kept hughton in the job, as he lurched from crisis to crisis. That's the person or persons I will blame. If McNally is chased out of the club, delia smith wil be picking the next manager. Careful what you wish for.
