surman was superb for us in the championship, and apparently has done well

with Bournemouth; I'd hope he would be re-integrated into the squad.

I just don't see Johnson as the kind of player to have in a team that is looking to dominate games and have a lot of the ball - his strengths lie more off the ball, which is more important to a team that sets up defensively most weeks.
