Guess one question is when you stop being a 'promoted club'

eg - RVW's, Fer's & Hooper's contracts were negotiated after we'd already had two years in the prem.

But hopefully you are right that Mcnally has already told us that all contracts still have stepped wages.

(And it does matter a bit even for Ricky, despite the approximately 0.1% chance that he'll still be here next season. If he were still on a fat prem wage, would make our negotiating position worse, and would mean we'd be even less likely to get anything at all for him.)
