If there arnt relegation clauses ..

Very few of our players have covered themselves in glory this season and there won't be many top prem and European sides fighting each other to get most of our players.
We have to decide do we assume most will stay and tweak the squad or overhaul it? Do we evest in 1 or 2 very good players or buy half a championship team ?
