What are folks opinions on Nicola Cortese

Would Delia have interest in selling up to someone like him?
Have been reading numerous articles and seems to get mostly positive reviews from players and fans on his approach to running a club. He apparently would have the muscle to put a consortium together. If not someone like Cortese, what would Delia be looking for?
