CEO/Chair/Board of any commercial organisation needs that steel in their spine - a willingness to take tough decisions despite being very emotionally aware and supportive of their people the rest of the time.
That said I love them both to bits and I hope they stay around: but we need sharper decision making at the top. We saw it with Worthy and we've seen it with Hoots.
McNally isn't himself at the minute but he's had a horrible few months away from the club. I still rate him and would back him to get back to his best. I hope he stays.
