Was what, in my view, then divided the fans to such a degree. It's like a slow poison that seeps into the support. No leadership from the top just leaves everyone else underneath at loggerheads with one another.

In the end, I think the fans more or less forced the decision in both cases. But that in itself is beyond laughable. In Bryan Hamilton's case, they STILL wouldn't have let him go if the players hadn't given him a vote of no confidence.
