Old Trafford Today

We were a bit quiet walking back after the game today. Reflecting on the possibility that we now might get relegated! Three local games for us, and 15 goals conceded and none scored. Today, although Utd took their time to get going, we just didn't look Premiership quality at all.

Since the win at West Brom, we've just sleepwalked into the Championship, seemingly thinking that it won't happen. Unless there is something quite remarkable, it will.

Good to see Delia at the Old Trafford Bowls Club, along with the rest of the Board with the fans before the game (and Elliot Bennett in the Away End). We wondered if the Glaziers had ever popped in there for chat with their supporters. For a game at Old Trafford it's a fine place for a cheap pint - two pints and a Coke for less than a fiver. Sadly it'll be a while before we enjoy its tranquil charms again.
