Stay up or go down

I'd like him to have a try at least for a season, for a few reasons but the main two are:

a) It would f**k Roeder off.
b) He's the opposite of Houghton in style of play and positive attitude towards games (I've not heard him once say "Liverpool have players who can hurt you")
