It does remind me of school days and unruly pupils ruling the roost over supply teachers and weak NQ teachers out of their depth (when the same bunch would be angels for a proper Old School disciplinarian).

Admittedly Moyes hasn't helped himself and he seems to have made some pretty school-boy errors - whilst I bet Ferguson would have read quite a few 'self help' (sic) books in his time, as do many very able and capable leaders in industry, he wouldn't have been so foolish to do it in front of the troops.
