I see Jacob Murphy scored for Southend the other day

The plus point about going down will be those two, plus maybe one or two other youths getting a chance.

I like the way Adams plays the game, having watched quite a few of those youth cup games and the two he's been in charge for. Wouldn't be unhappy for him to carry on if we went down, if he wanted it.

He's got a brain, seems tactically good at changing things, and as a winger knows that you need early balls into the box to create chances.
