Managers have a limited shelf life Bertie

They accept jobs knowing full well that if they last 5 years in that job they are doing exceptionally well. The position of manager at a football club is a position that forms part of a "merry go round" with all other managers. Worthingtons time is now up, he did well but has gone stale, it happens, get over it! Their are exceptions to this rule (Curbishley, Ferguson, Wenger and Gradi) Other than this the other 88 managers currently employed in the English proffesional game understand that the jobs they enter in to are of a very limited shelf life.

If you are still under the impression that he must stay then you are more of a cock docking bender than i stated below.
