Would thoroughly recommend it.

As for turbo vs rollers - depends what kind of training you want to do, really. On a turbo you can get more resistance and so probably better for more serious training, especially if you're training for an event or something like that. Rollers are more fun, and better for bike handling / core muscles. (And they look cooler...)
