Not true. The Finances were structures over 20 years and di not have to be repaid.

It was only Mcwan*&rs decision to do so to make him look good for clearing debts rather than investing. I.e. extend ground as promised, playing staff.

You have to remember it will look good on his CV for his next job when he cares no more about Norwich!!!
