I am sorry.... but Hughton's tactic of defend deep

with no counter attacks, building up slowly in possession, while picking hackers rather than footballers has FAILED miserably.

Now that he has been sacked I realize just how wrong I was to defend his tenure. Changing a crap manager is not the end of the world.
