the sitting back when we go ahead tactic. When it doesn't work Worthy always says he was "disappointed with them for doing it". Now we've been doing it throughout his reign so either a) you HAVE told them to do it and are thus a crap mananger (and a liar) or b) in five years you have never been able to get the players to follow your instructions, in whixch case you are a total waste of space
