have to agree with those below that we should be getting busy right now, so would be a tiny bit worried if so. Altho of course the guy deserves a break....
What made me think about this was the news that palarse are getting macken - that's a good solid signing, and a player I was hoping we might be in for, particularly if Ashton does go...of course worthy might be on his mobile on the beach....
on another subject - what a toss docu about hysel last night. learnt nothing new, but had to put up with all the usual suspects - Mellor, Bernard Ingham, Jeff Powell and his stupid hair - talking their usual crap.
There must be a guide somewhere: "How to make a docu about 80s football - the 6 easy steps":
(1) Show some clips of Luton vs Millwall chucking seats
(2) Show David Mellor saying that all football fans in the 80s were from a sub-species
(3) Show some clips of Bradford, Hysel and Hillsborough
(4) Show some fences
(5) Show a clip from Sky's fiirst season with all the different badges and the players in the tunnel
(6) Show some people in executive boxes.
