Not actually give him the job, f**king hell I'm daft but not mental, just offer it to him, officially, in writing, on NCFC headed paper, with some "subject to agreeing terms" get-out clause*. And then leak that letter to the local press. That would literally be one of the best things that's ever happened. I cannot think of a better Fuck You Sunshine ever.

*: "Yeah, thanks for coming in Glenn, thanks for your time. The terms we were thinking of were you not being a gargantuan c**t who looks like he's just drunk a bottle of Sarson's, but clearly we're some way off that, so I think we'll have to explore other avenues."
