In the short term, tactical ability and man management is largely irrelevant
if the players are good enough, they can motivate themselves for 5 games. Even di canio, monk, Sherwood and dare I say it, gunn were able to get off to a decent start.
In the long run, it actually matters how good a manager the person is, but we can worry about that at the end of the season, on that basis I think Adams is as good a choice as anyone else for the here and now.
