Of course, we have to get rid of Worthintgon first. And then let the board know about Nordlie. Then convince him to come. The last bit wil be easiest - he wants to come to England.
And why do we want him? Because he took Start from the second tier in Norway to second in the top flight in two seasons *playing football the way it should be played*.
