Canarygeezer re complaining
catching up with old posts I noticed you said complaining was a waste of time.
Not a waste of time at all. At Palace last season we were sold a broken seat that you cuold not sit on without seriously piercing your bum. Complained to Palace and the regional safety guy, got a phone call and letter of apology with a reassurance it would be fixed, and the whole cost of our match ticket back!
Definitely worthwhile! :o)
