World Cup Draw 'Fixes'

Only 2 European teams per group.
Other seeds cannot draw a team from their qualifying zone, ie Mexico can't draw USA, Costa Rica or T&T.

Serbia & Montenegro can only be drawn in a group with Mexico, Brazil or Argentina as the seeds.

My prediction of the likely groups:
Germany, Togo, Switzerland, Saudi Arabia
Brazil, Ivory Coast, Croatia, Costa Rica
Argentina, Ghana, Sweden, US
England, Australia, Poland, Japan
France, Tunisia, Ukraine, Iran
Italy, Angola, Czech Republic, T&T
Mexico, Paraguay, Holland, Serbia & Montenegro
Spain, Ecuador, Portugal, South Korea
