I think the only we would get change is at the end of the season and I think relegation would lose Nigel his job. I suppose finishing 21st would be a success now this season and then we can rebuild in the summer. If Nigel is allowed to spend in January then we should pick up, but I would wait until the summer. We have some really good prospects and I am proud of the achievements and I fully support the regime. If we win at Crewe then we will climb the table and then we can challenge the top teams. We can do this.....!!
