I don't mind it

I like the white background on it.

One thing I tend to find though - sites like these think that the more plugins on the site the better. BUT, realistically. Who is going to visit the site for fixtures, scores, scores of other games and so on. It detracts from tour design as you can't change them, and don't in all honesty add much except for clutter. Advertising - ditto, but I get why that's there.

I don't even know if the Twitter feed is necessary. I'm a Twitter user but I would never use this site to read tweets. That's what we have Twitter apps for...

Try for a consistent navigation - is it yellow shapes or a green nav at the top? Is it on the right hand side of the page horizontally or on the left, vertically? Or again as yellow shapes in the centre of the page further down?

What the official site does really badly is putting far too much on the main screen. This is doing the same. Use the main page as a navigation page, with appealing ways to get to each of the features. Don't squash it all on the first page you visit.

The black banner is striking. But try viewing on an iPad - it's all you can see of the site - you nearly miss all the stuff below!
