He was shocking - in keeping with many others yesterday

The thing that really grates is that we have a better squad than quite a few teams at the bottom, but a manager who hasn't a clue how to use it. Five changes yesterday, which shows that he has no confidence in his players and they have none in him. I wouldn't suggest he has lost the dressing room but there are a lot of players who dislike him - Whittaker, Ryan Bennett, Hoolahan, Pilkington, Becchio, Fox and now probably Hooper. He hasn't a clue which striker to play, alternating every week. Hooper was dreadful; at least Elmander showed a bit of effort. And as for Snodgrass. Get rid of him. If Guttierez is fit, play him next week. He'll enjoy facing Sunderland and has at least shown a bit of desire in the admittedly few games he's played here.
