after spending ?13.5m on strikers who have scored 1 and 5 goals.......

if they're not getting the service the manager needs to change the style of play and tactics to suit.

if its the strikers who are letting him down and not performing then he needs to manage that and "motivate" them.

if the strikers arent good enough then the manager shouldnt have spent ?13.5 on them.

.....and not use becchio.
