Get rid of the defensive , suppressive back-room team who are here purely for the ?.
Employ the local assets available to hand I.e Mr Ashton, Roberts, Huckerby and Eadie - trying to install some of the pride and sense of meaning this club holds within the local community - giving the current squad an understanding to the history and achievements that this club has achieved.
Telling these fukkas who pull on the Y&G that they run for 90 mins until they blow thro their arse.
If that don't work then at least we can say we've given it our best shot.
