Kyle Naughton - oops

After we beat Wolves 2-1 in the first Prem season we bumped into Kyle Naughton at Cambridge station. He was chatting to Kevin Friend who was the reserve official that day. I think that at Cambridge they were going their different ways, KF to midlands and KN to London.

We spotted Kyle Naughton and went over to say hello as did a couple of other young fans who started asking him if he was going to join City. He didn?t really want to answer the questions so asked me which was the first train back to London and started walking to a carriage. I said I thought that the carriage he was walking to was ok.

He chugged out of Cambridge station on the train, blissfully unaware that I had directed him to a train that was going in completely the wrong direction. (This was pointed out to me as the train was leaving Cambridge)
