...I'm just being crap at explaining myself.

Imagine going to work & being very successful at what you do. Then the guy in charge starts making some inept decisions that means you can't work to the standard you are used to. Everyone else feels the same way, but there is nothing that can be done as the manager has become very good at securing his position & brown nosing the MD's backside. So you just give up giving your all.. what's the point when you know whatever you do will not be good enough when the manager is still in charge?!

I'm not condoning the players not caing.. I'm just saying that I can understand it..
