Can't forget that we went into the season with...

a bunch of new signings - Fer, Wolf, Olsson, Redmond, Hooper, Elmander. And they were all pretty key players whether or not they played every game. They were always there or thereabouts. And they needed to get used to each other and the rest of the team. That would have been hard enough but then injuries kept hitting and the only thing which Hughton might have done better was the tinkering with moving people around in an attempt to get his best available players on the field at the same time.

It isn't a coincidence (I think) that we've had the most settled team for a while the last few games, and it has shown improvement.
