works well under pressure.

His whole job at Celtic is to scout and bring in undervalued talent, make them better and then flog them at a vast profit to keep the club going as the SPL TV deal is s**t.

At Norwich he wouldn't have to sell.

He would be a good fit as he is used to working with the same levels of players pay.

I could see how we would be a very attractive proposition as getting moans from the main stand is easier to take than family death threats, getting bombs and bullets in the mail.

He has probably gone as far as he can at Celtic.

I think he is a decent shout.

In the champions league he has had good success against vastly better teams which shows tactically he can match up well.
