I agree it should not need to get personal
but unfortunately I think that is the only way anything will ever happen. Much as it was the only reason Worthy eventually dropped Holt and Fleming last season.
When a board/manager has their head in the sand to the extent that ours do then i'm afraid it sometimes takes some unpleasantness to make things happen.
