People need to lay off Snodgrass

He really does put in massive effort and a lot of our good play goes through him. Yes he's having a frustrating season and its not coming off for him at times but he's a good player and will come good again. Bloke near me was calling him a c**t all game last night - that should only be reserved for players who are not giving their all.

Thats not to say he should not be substituted from time to time but thats Hughton;s fault not Snoddy's.
