This is the main thing which frustrates me

Is that despite his inability to inspire the team, he has successfully managed to convince everyone that his players are not good enough. The players lack confidence in themselves and the fans lack confidence in them and Hughton has been able to continue in his job as if he is doing his best with a bad bunch.
