I thought the Pilks for Redmond substitution was understandable whilst

I would have taken Snod off...it also set up the next substitution of RVW for Tettey... leaving a mid 3 that would be stronger whilst allowing an attacking 3 of Snod, RVW and Elk.

The frustrating thing was it should have been done 15 mins earlier and therein lies my problem with Hughton....reactions are always too late.
