One of my main gripes with Hughton is...

How his demeanour in post match interviews and on the touch line is exactly the same if we lose 7-0 or win 4-0, I just hate how he never seems affected by our results. Why does he have to shoe 'respect' the whole time, Paul Merson on Saturday described us as a 'nice' team who rarely get riled up and fight. And surely this is something the manager instills into players. Although I don't think malky or Lennon are any better coaches than Hughton at least they would be figureheads to rally behind and pump the players up.
