Should the blame be directed at Worthy?

I'm not talking about whether worthy or the players are most to blame, I'm asking whether it is worthy's fault that he is still at the club.

Personally, I don;t blame him for not resigning, he negotiated his contract when he was a success and has every right to sit on it. It; sannoying that he goes on about honesty and then won;t admit that he has failed, but it is not his responsiblity to resign. It is the fault of the baord, just as it was worthy;s fault last season fro playing holt too long - not the players fault.

The board must act, because it us up to them, to dismiss worthy, it is not up to him to walk.
