the fear I have with Redmond

is that it's not just his decision making (like with Walcott or Ronaldo); it's a lack of technique with his shooting and crossing.

Still, plenty of time to improve it - even if he put a good cross or shot in 1 every 2 times he'd be excellent - goes past players so easily.
