Who would be able to turn it around, even if Worthington left now?

You look at the squad - Hucks, Ashton, Green and Safri are good players, the Doc is competent (and no more than that IMO) at this level, as is Drury, and really that's about it. McKenzie and Shackell as passable first-team players when they're fit, perhaps.

Louis-Jean, Thorne, Jarrett, Colin, Charlton, Brennan and particularly Hughes are just Bad Players - full stop. And Worthington's spent all the money. We've got a few good players in a squad with no structure to it at all.

And we are going to lose a shedload of money on the aforementioned players (because Nobody is going to take them off our hands, apart from maybe JJ to Plymouth) and on what will be at the very best a bottom-half finish. When it was staggeringly clear that things were wrong at Stoke, back in August.

I know all this has been said, but I just thought I'd get it off my chest.
