I'm disgusted with myself

But today - for the first time ever - I booed the team.

I feel I am justified - after all, the team today were the worst I've probably ever seen (although when I sober/cheer up I might remember some worse).

If the board isn't prompted into action - of some sort, doesn't need to be manager change! - I do feel as if we've hit a brick wall. The board refuses to do anything. The management clearly out of ideas.
